Lemony Pound Cake
Makes 12 to 16 servings

Ingredients

|
package (4-serving size) lemon-flavor gelatin
|
|
3/4
|
cup boiling water
|
|
1
|
package DUNCAN HINES® Moist Deluxe® Classic Yellow Cake Mix
|
|
4
|
eggs
|
|
3/4
|
cup vegetable oil
|
|
1
|
can (6 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
|
|
1/2
|
cup granulated sugar
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
|
|
2. Dissolve gelatin in water in large mixing bowl; cool. Stir in cake mix, eggs and oil. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Mix lemonade concentrate and sugar in small bowl. Pour over hot cake; cool in pan 1 hour. Remove from pan. Cool completely.

Serve this cake with fresh or thawed frozen strawberries for a special dessert.
