Lemony Pound Cake
Makes 12 to 16 servings
Ingredients
1 package (4-serving size) lemon-flavor gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1 package DUNCAN HINES® Moist Deluxe® Classic Yellow Cake Mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 can (6 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
   
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
2. Dissolve gelatin in water in large mixing bowl; cool. Stir in cake mix, eggs and oil. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Mix lemonade concentrate and sugar in small bowl. Pour over hot cake; cool in pan 1 hour. Remove from pan. Cool completely.
 
Tip   Serve this cake with fresh or thawed frozen strawberries for a special dessert.
