Bring pizza dough to room temperature. Grease 15×10-inch jelly-roll pan. Roll or pat dough into rectangle same size as pan on floured board.** Transfer dough to pan.
Combine oil and garlic in small bowl; brush onto surface of dough. Cover loosely with kitchen towel. Let dough rise at room temperature 25 minutes. Prick dough with fork.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake dough 20 minutes or until edges and bottom of crust are golden. Sprinkle 1 cup French Fried Onions and mozzarella cheese over dough. Arrange tomatoes over cheese; sprinkle with rosemary. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup onions and Parmesan cheese. Bake 2 minutes or until onions are golden. To serve, cut into rectangles.
**If dough is too hard to roll, allow to rest on floured board.
