Favorite Macaroni Salad
Makes 6 (1-cup) servings
Ingredients
8 ounces uncooked medium shell pasta
1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/3 cup French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
3 cups bite-sized fresh vegetables, such as tomatoes, peppers, carrots and celery
1/4 cup minced green onions
   
Prep Time 20 minutes
Chill Time 30 minutes
1. Cook pasta according to package directions using shortest cooking time; rinse with cold water and drain.
2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar in large bowl. Add pasta, vegetables and green onions. Toss gently to coat evenly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover; chill in refrigerator 30 minutes. Stir before serving.
 
Note   Create German-style mustard by adding minced garlic to French's® Zesty Deli Mustard.
