Cabbage Salad
Makes 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients

|
cups shredded cabbage (about 1/2 head)
|
|

tablespoons FILIPPO BERIO® Olive Oil
|
|
2
|
tablespoons lemon juice
|
|
|
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
|
|
|
Onion rings and green bell pepper rings (optional)
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
In large bowl, place cabbage. In small bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice. Pour over cabbage; toss until lightly coated. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Garnish with onion and bell pepper rings, if desired.
