In 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook rice, green onions, paprika and cumin in oil until onions are tender. Stir in broth. Cook over low heat 20 to 30 minutes or until rice is tender and all liquid is absorbed. Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, sauté SPAM® 4 to 5 minutes. Combine rice mixture, SPAM®, peas, bell peppers, pepperoni and parsley.
