Alouette® Summer Vegetables
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
1 large aluminum foil cooking bag
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
3 cups sliced summer squash (any type)
2 medium red bell peppers, cut in strips
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 (6.5-ounce) package or two (4-ounce) packages ALOUETTE® Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Cheese
   
Preheat grill to medium high. Open foil bag, layer vegetables evenly inside, and spoon Alouette® cheese on top. Seal bag by double-folding end. Place on grill and cook 8 to 10 minutes. Using oven mitts, carefully place bag on baking sheet and cut open, allowing steam to escape. If bag sticks to grill rack, cut open and remove vegetables (after grill cools, peel off bag).
 
For oven cooking   Preheat oven to 450°F. Insert ingredients as above. Bake sealed bag on baking sheet 20 to 25 minutes.
