Berry Brunch Syrup
Makes 1-1/4 cups syrup
Ingredients
1 jar (12 ounces) seedless raspberry or strawberry jam
1/4 cup I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER!® Spread
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange peel (optional)
   
In 1-quart saucepan, melt jam, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, sugar and orange peel over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Serve warm with French toast, pancakes or waffles.
