Thai Pizza
Makes 6 main-dish or 12 appetizer servings
Ingredients
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Breast Strips
2 teaspoons bottled or fresh minced ginger
2 teaspoons bottled or fresh minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  Cooking spray
1/4 cup hoisin or stir-fry sauce
1 large (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lime peel
1/3 cup coarsely chopped roasted peanuts
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro or basil
   
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Heat oven to 450°F. Toss turkey strips with ginger, garlic and pepper flakes. Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add turkey; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add hoisin sauce; stir-fry 2 minutes. Place pizza crust on large cookie sheet. Spread mixture evenly over pizza crust; sprinkle with green onions and lime peel. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and hot. Sprinkle with peanuts and cilantro. Cut into wedges.
