Top to bottom: Souper Stuffed Cheese Burger, Garlic Fries

envelope LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Onion Soup Mix*

pounds ground beef
1/2
cup water
3/4
cup shredded Cheddar, mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese (about 6 ounces)

1. In large bowl, combine soup mix, ground beef and water; shape into 12 patties.
2. Place 2 tablespoons cheese in center of 6 patties. Top with remaining patties and seal edges tightly.
3. Grill or broil until done. Serve, if desired, on onion poppy seed rolls.
Recipe Tip
To perk up your burgers, serve them on something besides a bun. Try bagels, English muffins, pita bread or even tortillas for a fun change of pace!
