1. Prepare white sauce mix according to package directions using 2 cups milk. Stir in 1 cup cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
2. Combine pasta, 1 cup French Fried Onions, ham, peas and tomatoes in large bowl. Add cheese sauce and toss to coat. Transfer to shallow 2-quart microwave-safe dish.
3. Microwave, covered, on HIGH 5 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or cheese is melted and onions are golden.
