Santa Fe Chicken & Pasta
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients
1 jar (12 ounces) mild chunky salsa
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
3/4 cup sour cream
5 cups hot cooked ziti pasta (8 ounces uncooked)
1-1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions, divided
1 package (10 ounces) fully cooked carved chicken breast (2 cups cut-up chicken)
1 cup (4 ounces) cubed Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeño
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 43 minutes
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, mix salsa, soup and sour cream. Stir in pasta, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, chicken and cheese; mix well. Spoon into 3-quart casserole.
2. Cover; bake 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir.
3. Sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake 3 minutes or until onions are golden.
