1. In 12-inch skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat.
2. Stir in onions and red bell peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender; drain. Stir in Ragú Pasta Sauce and oregano; heat through.
3. To serve, top each tortilla with 1 cup ground beef mixture and 1/4 cup cheese and roll up.
