Saucy Turkey & Pasta
Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
8 ounces uncooked fusilli or linguine pasta, broken in half
1-1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions, divided
2 cups (12 ounces) cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 jar (8 ounces) picante sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 45 minutes
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions using shortest cooking time; drain. Layer pasta, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and turkey in greased 2-quart shallow baking dish.
2. Combine soup, picante sauce and sour cream. Pour over turkey. Cover; bake 40 minutes or until heated through, stirring halfway during cooking. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
