Summer Fruits with Peanut Butter-Honey Dip
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Yield: Makes 4 servings (about 1/2 cup dip)
Ingredients:
1/3
cup smooth or chunky peanut butter
2
tablespoons milk
2
tablespoons honey
1
tablespoon apple juice or water
1/8
teaspoon ground cinnamon
2
cups melon balls, including cantaloupe and honeydew
1
peach or nectarine, pitted and cut into 8 wedges
1
banana, peeled and thickly sliced
Preparation:
1.
Place peanut butter in small bowl; gradually stir in milk and honey until blended. Stir in apple juice and cinnamon until mixture is smooth.
2.
Serve dip with prepared fruits.
