cup plain fat-free yogurt
|

cup diced cucumber
|

tablespoons minced fresh mint leaves

to 2 tablespoons lemon juice
|

to 3 teaspoons honey (optional)

1. Combine yogurt, cucumber and mint in small bowl. Stir in lemon juice and honey to taste.
