Italian Beef
Ingredients

beef rump roast (3 to 5 pounds)
1
can (14 ounces) beef broth
2
cups mild giardiniera
8
Italian bread rolls
Slow Cooker Directions
1.
Place rump roast in slow cooker; add beef broth and giardiniera.
2.
Cover; cook on LOW 10 hours.
3.
Shred beef; serve with sauce on crusty Italian rolls.
