Ingredients

envelope LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Onion Soup Mix*
|
|
1
|
jar (12 ounces) apricot or peach preserves
|
|
1/2
|
cup water
|
|
1
|
beef flank steak (about 2 pounds), cut into thin strips
|
|
2
|
medium green, red and/or yellow bell peppers, sliced
|
|
|
Hot cooked rice
|
|

1. In small bowl, combine soup mix, preserves and water; set aside.
|
|
2. On foil-lined grid or in broiler pan, without the rack, arrange steak and bell peppers; top with soup mixture.
|
|
3. Grill or broil, turning steak and vegetables once, until steak is done. Serve over hot rice.
