Shrimp with Pasta

Ingredients

package fresh angel hair pasta
|
|

tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
|
|
2

tablespoons chopped onion
|
|

teaspoon chopped garlic
|
|

medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
|
|

|
cup fish stock or bottled clam juice
|
|
1/2
|
cup dry white wine
|
|

tablespoons lemon juice
|
|

teaspoons chopped Italian parsley
|
|

teaspoon chopped fresh basil leaves
|
|
1

teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
|
|
1/2

teaspoon salt

teaspoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce

|
Bring large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in sauté pan until very hot. Sauté onion and garlic until lightly browned. Add shrimp and sauté until pink; remove and keep warm.

Add fish stock and white wine to pan. Bring to a boil; add lemon juice, parsley, basil, Worcestershire, salt and TABASCO® Sauce. Return shrimp to pan and simmer about 30 seconds on each side. Remove shrimp and arrange over pasta; pour sauce over shrimp.
