Easy Pineapple Slaw

Ingredients

can (15-1/4 ounces) DEL MONTE® Pineapple Tidbits In Its Own Juice

1/3

cup mayonnaise
|
|

tablespoons vinegar
|
|

cups coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
1. Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
|
|
2. Combine reserved juice, mayonnaise and vinegar; toss with pineapple and coleslaw mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
