Greek Chef’s Salad


Ingredients
1/3 pound fresh green beans, rinsed and stems removed
5 cups torn mixed green lettuce leaves
3 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
16 cherry tomatoes, halved
16 pitted ripe olives
1/3 cup Italian dressing
   
Prep & Cook Time 20 minutes
1. To steam beans, place steamer basket in large saucepan; add 1 inch of water. Place beans in basket. Cover; bring to a boil over high heat. Steam 4 minutes or until beans turn bright green.
2. Meanwhile, divide lettuce among 2 individual salad bowls. Top lettuce with cheese, tomatoes, olives and green beans. Serve with dressing.
 
Serving Suggestion   Serve with sesame breadsticks.
