Three Bean SPAM™ Salad
Makes 10 servings
Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) can cut green beans, drained
1 (16-ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1 (16-ounce) can yellow wax beans, drained
1 (7-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, cubed
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
   
In large bowl, combine green beans, kidney beans, wax beans, SPAM® and onion. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over SPAM™ mixture. Stir gently. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
