**To blanch asparagus, cook asparagus in boiling water 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Place water, Worcestershire, vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, mustard and garlic in blender or food processor. Cover and process until well blended. Gradually add oil in steady stream, processing until smooth. Set aside.
