Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 1-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Reserve juice from canned pineapple. In large bowl, mix noodles, pineapple, 1/4 cup reserved juice, cottage cheese, sour cream, egg white and brown sugar. Pour into casserole dish. In small bowl, mix flakes, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle flake mixture over noodle mixture. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes or until bubbly.
