Peanut Butter "Makes Everything Better" Bars
Makes 16 bars

Ingredients

cups "M&M's"® Milk Chocolate Mini Baking Bits, divided
|
|
1
|
package (18 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
|
|
1/2
|
cup creamy peanut butter
|
|
1/4
|
cup all-purpose flour
|
|
1/4
|
cup powdered sugar
|
|
1
|
square (1 ounce) milk chocolate
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 8×8×2-inch baking pan; set aside. In medium bowl stir 1 cup "M&M's"® Milk Chocolate Mini Baking Bits into dough. In small bowl beat peanut butter, flour and powdered sugar until well combined. Reserve 1/2 of cookie dough. Press remaining dough into prepared pan; layer with peanut butter mixture. Top with reserved dough. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove pan to wire rack; cool completely. Place chocolate square in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 20 seconds; stir. Repeat as necessary until chocolate is completely melted, stirring at 10-second intervals. Drizzle melted chocolate over bars and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup "M&M's"® Milk Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Cut into bars. Store in tightly covered container.
