Hot Cocoa Au Lait

Ingredients

tablespoons HERSHEY'®S SPECIAL DARK® Cocoa or HERSHEY'®S Cocoa
|
|
1/4
|
cup hot water
|
|
1-1/2
|
cups nonfat milk
|
|
|
Granulated sugar substitute to equal 8 teaspoons sugar
|
|
1/4
|
teaspoon vanilla extract
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
1. Place cocoa in small saucepan; gradually stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil and stir until smooth and hot, about 1 minute.

2. Immediately stir in milk; continue cooking and stirring until mixture is hot. Do not boil. Remove from heat; stir in sugar substitute and vanilla. Serve immediately.
