Savory Supper Meatballs

Ingredients

pound ground pork
|
|
1/2
|
cup instant oatmeal
|
|
1/2
|
cup milk
|
|
1/4
|
cup chopped onion
|
|
1
|
egg
|
|
1/4
|
teaspoon salt
|
|
1/8
|
teaspoon ground black pepper
|
|
2
|
teaspoons mustard
|
|
3
|
to 4 tablespoons ketchup
|
|

|
|
Heat oven to 350°F. Put pork in a large bowl, add remaining ingredients except ketchup. With clean hands, mix all ingredients thoroughly (this will take a few minutes). Spoon equal portions of pork mixture into 8 muffin cups. Top each portion with about 1 teaspoon ketchup. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm with additional ketchup, if desired.
