Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 13×9-inch baking pan; set aside. In large bowl combine flour, malted milk powder, baking powder and salt; stir in sugars. Beat in butter, milk and vanilla; blend well. Add eggs; beat 2 minutes. Spread batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Bake about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack. Prepare Chocolate Malt Frosting; spread over cake. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Store in tightly covered container.
Chocolate Malt Frosting
Ingredients

cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened

teaspoons light corn syrup

teaspoon vanilla extract

tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4
cup malted milk powder or malted milk drink mix
1-1/2
cups powdered sugar

to 4 tablespoons milk
In small bowl beat butter, corn syrup and vanilla; add cocoa powder and malted milk powder until well blended. Blend in powdered sugar and enough milk for good spreading consistency.
