Peanut Butter & Jelly Kolacky
Makes 2-1/2 dozen cookies
Ingredients
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter, divided
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons any flavor seedless jam
1/2 cup "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits
  Powdered sugar
   
In medium bowl beat butter, cream cheese and 2 tablespoons peanut butter until well blended; stir in flour. Wrap and refrigerate dough 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets; set aside. In small bowl combine remaining 1 tablespoon peanut butter with jam. On lightly floured surface roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into 2-inch squares. Place rounded 1/4 teaspoon jam mixture and 4 to 5 "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits on each square. Pinch together 2 opposite corners; fold down. Place 1 inch apart on prepared cookie sheets. Press 1 "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bit onto fold of each cookie. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheets 1 minute; cool completely on wire racks. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in tightly covered container.
