(2-1/2- to 3-pound) chicken, cut into serving pieces (with or without skin)

can (14-1/2 ounces) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained and chopped

cup sliced fresh or drained canned mushrooms

In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken; drain. Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic combined with onion soup mix. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve over hot noodles and sprinkle, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.
