1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; chill at least 2 hours.
2. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables, pita bread triangles, bread sticks or skewered cooked beef or chicken.

For a change of pace, replace your traditional dip bowl with vegetable cups. Simply hollow out a vegetable and fill with dip. Red, yellow or green bell peppers, artichokes, tomatoes, mushroom caps or winter squash are great choices. Let your imagination run wild!
