Roast Beef Crostini with Spicy Horseradish Sauce
Makes about 30 crostini

Ingredients

baguette French bread
|
|
1/2
|
cup mayonnaise
|
|
4
|
tablespoons prepared horseradish, drained
|
|
1
|
teaspoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
|
|
8
|
ounces roast beef, cooked medium rare, thinly sliced*
|
|
|
Freshly ground black pepper
|
|
*Deli sliced roast beef can be substituted.
|

|
|
|
|
Slice baguette into rounds 1/2 inch thick. Toast bread in toaster oven or broiler until light brown on both sides. Set aside.

|
Blend mayonnaise, horseradish and TABASCO® Sauce in small bowl. Spread generously on toast rounds. Top with roast beef slices; sprinkle with pepper.
