(8-inch) flour tortillas, divided
Guacamole and CHI-CHI'S® salsa
In large bowl, combine SPAM® and cheese. Spoon SPAM™ mixture over each of 3 tortillas. Top with remaining 3 tortillas. On lightly greased griddle over medium-high heat, heat 1 quesadilla until soft and cheese is melted, turning once. Repeat with remaining 2 quesadillas. Cut each tortilla stack into 6 wedges. Serve with guacamole and salsa.
