Eggnog Crisps
Makes about 3 dozen cookies

These crispy treats will become a year-round favorite!

Ingredients

cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
|
|

cup granulated sugar
|
|

large egg
|
|
1-1/2
|
teaspoons brandy extract
|
|
1-1/2
|
cups cake flour
|
|
1/2
|
cup ground pecans
|
|
1/2
|
teaspoon ground nutmeg
|
|
1-3/4

cups "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits
|

|
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add egg and brandy extract. Combine flour, ground pecans and nutmeg; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets; top each with 1 pecan half. Bake 10 to 11 minutes or until edges turn light golden. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets.
