Chocolate Marshmallow Thumbprints
Makes 3 dozen cookies
Chocolate and marshmallow—it's an ooey-gooey duo.

Ingredients
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/4 cups "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits, divided
1/4 cup marshmallow cream
1/4 cup vanilla frosting

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets; set aside. In large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla. In medium bowl combine flour, cocoa powder and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in 1 cup "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place about 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. Make indentation in center of each ball with thumb. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and re-indent; bake 1 minute. Cool completely on wire racks. In small bowl combine marshmallow cream and frosting. Fill each indentation with about 1/2 teaspoon marshmallow mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Store between layers of waxed paper in tightly covered container.
