Spicy Chicken & Rice Bake
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
1 jar (1 pound 10 ounces) RAGÚ® Robusto®! Pasta Sauce
2 cups water
2/3 cup uncooked white rice
1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
   
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In 13×9-inch casserole, combine all ingredients. Bake uncovered 40 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
