Kiwi Strawberry Smoothies
Ingredients

kiwi, peeled and sliced
1
cup frozen whole unsweetened strawberries
1
container (6 ounces) low-fat strawberry yogurt
1/2
cup low-fat milk
2
tablespoons honey
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; process 15 to 30 seconds until smooth, using on/off pulsing action to break up chunks. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
Soy Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie
Substitute 1 container (6 ounces) strawberry soy yogurt for regular strawberry yogurt.
