Mushroom-Laced Fettuccine
Makes about 2 main-dish servings
Ingredients
3 tablespoons I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER!® Spread
1/2 pound assorted fresh mushrooms*
1 envelope LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix**
1-1/2 cups milk
8 ounces fettuccine or linguine, cooked and drained
*Use any of the following, sliced: portobello, crimini, shiitake, white, morels, porcini or enoki mushrooms.
**Also terrific with LIPTON® Recipe Secrets® Golden Onion Soup Mix.
   
In 10-inch skillet, melt apread over medium heat and cook mushrooms, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until tender. Add savory herb with garlic soup mix blended with milk. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Toss with hot fettuccine. Serve immediately.
