Layered Mexican Dip
Makes 10 servings
Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix
1 cup canned black beans
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons sliced pitted ripe olives
  Tortilla chips
   
Prep time 10 minutes plus refrigerating
Combine cream cheese and seasoning mix in small bowl. Spread on bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
Layer remaining ingredients over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
