Veg•All® Chili Con Queso Dip

Ingredients

can (15 ounces) VEG•ALL® Original Mixed Vegetables, drained

can (15 ounces) chili with beans
|
|
1

medium tomato, chopped
|
|
1
|
cup processed American cheese, cut into cubes
|
|
1/8
|
teaspoon ground cumin
|
|
|
Tortilla chips
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Preheat oven to 400°F. In 2-quart baking dish, combine ingredients. Bake for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Stir to combine. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
