"Orange and Spice Make Everything Nice" Cookies

Everything will seem nice after you enjoy these chunky, chewy, chocolatey gems.

Ingredients

|
cup (1 stick) butter, softened
|
|
2/3
|
cup granulated sugar
|
|
1
|
large egg
|
|
3
|
tablespoons orange juice
|
|
1
|
teaspoon grated orange zest
|
|

cups all-purpose flour
|
|
1
|
teaspoon baking soda
|
|
1
|
teaspoon ground cinnamon
|
|
1/4
|
teaspoon salt
|
|
1/4
|
teaspoon ground nutmeg
|
|
1/8
|
teaspoon ground cloves
|
|
1-1/4
|
cups "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits
|

cup raisins
|

|
Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in egg, orange juice and orange zest. In medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and cloves; add to creamed mixture. Stir in "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits and raisins. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9 to 10 minutes. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; cool completely on wire racks. Store in tightly covered container.
