Herbed Corn on the Cob
Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1
tablespoon butter or margarine
1
teaspoon mixed dried herb leaves (such as basil, oregano, sage and rosemary)
1/8
teaspoon salt
Black pepper
4
ears corn, husks removed
Preparation:

Combine butter, herbs, salt and pepper in small microwavable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 30 to 45 seconds or until butter is melted.
2.
With pastry brush, coat corn with butter mixture. Place corn on microwavable plate; microwave on HIGH 5 to 6 minutes. Turn corn over; microwave on HIGH 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.
