Ingredients:

tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt

tablespoons orange juice
2
tablespoons lime juice
2
tablespoons white wine vinegar
2
tablespoons water
1
tablespoon sugar
1
teaspoon chili powder
1/2
teaspoon onion powder
1/2
teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation:

In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Refrigerate until ready to use; shake before using.
