A: The Recipe Institute™ is made up of a group of editors and other professionals with over 115 total years of experience in the food industry and/or cookbook publishing. It is the Recipe Institute that selects and edits the recipes and creates the features for the Favorite Brand Name Recipes™ Website. In addition, the Recipe Institute produces a wide selection of magazines and books.

Q: I want recipes with lots of different brands in them. Why can’t I find them on this site?

A: The Favorite Brand Name Recipes Website has been given permission by certain American food companies to use some of their recipes. Each company’s recipes include only brands owned by that company. While you won’t find any recipes that feature brands from different food companies, you will find some recipes that include two or three brands from the same company.

The Favorite Brand Name Recipes (FBNR) Website is best viewed with Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher with a screen resolution of 832 x 624. For those unable to utilize that resolution, it can be viewed at 640 x 480 with a little scrolling. It is suggested that you set your font size to 11 or lower.
