| I
am looking for some good vegetarian recipes. Do you have any all veggie
dishes? |
| We
do have vegetarian dishes available on our website. To find them,
you need to go to the Recipe Finder, and click on "Vegetarian Dishes."
It's the last selection under Recipe Classification. I hope this helps
and thanks for checking out www.fbnr.com! |

| I
recently made a cheesecake using the name brand cream cheese, and
thought to save fat I would use fat-free cream cheese and it was very
lumpy. My question is how can I get rid of the lumps? I love cheesecake,
but just don't need all the fat that goes with it! Any help would
be appreciated. |
| In
many cases, fat-free products don't function as well as their full-fat
counterparts, especially when using them in baked goods. So even though
most of us don't need or want the fat, in order to get a lump-free
or well-baked finished product, it's just not possible when using
a fat-free substitute. A happy medium might be to use a low-fat product
instead, but it will still not be as good as when using the full-fat
version. |

| I
am having trouble finding tart recipes. Can you help? Also, is a springform
pan the same as a tart pan? Thank you very much. |
| A
springform pan is different from a tart pan. A tart pan is shallow
and has fluted sides, and does not necessarily have a spring mechanism.
Some tart pans only are made so that the bottom will come out, but
some have a spring that can be unlatched. If you want to find tart
recipes, go to www.fbnr.com and type the word "tart" in the Recipe
Title field on the Recipe Finder page. I hope this helps! |

| What
is cilantro? |
| Cilantro,
an herb, is the leaves and stems of the coriander plant. Not to be
confused with coriander seeds, which have a completely different flavor,
cilantro's flavor and odor are quite pungent; it makes a good complement
to spicy foods. Cilantro is commonly used in Asian, Mexican and Indian
cuisines. |
